Warm greetings from the Roku Community!
We'll be glad to assist you further with this issue that you're having with the ESPN+ and Sling TV channels. Please try to follow the steps below:
- Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
- Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select system, select power, and system restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)

Hi @runemama!,
Thank you for your post in the Roku Community!
We understand that you want to stream using a VPN. Please note that VPNs are currently not supported for this purpose. While they may have worked in the past, recent security updates by content providers may have affected the functionality of your VPN. This change is intentional. Using your regular internet service provider (ISP) without the VPN should resolve the issue.
Thank you for your understanding and participation in our community.
Best regards,

Re: Sling TV and other applications are not loading I keep getting error codes
Hi John.
I tried your solution, no go.
Here's what I found out after going to Sling's troubleshooting agents. Here's a quote from the agent:
"I was looking for more information in the system and Sling does not work with VPN anymore. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but due to a change in business policy Sling is no longer able to support VPN connections. You can still view Sling without the use of a VPN."
I need my VPN! Anything you know about a workaround? Please advise soon as you can. I need to get into Sling to erase a bunch of auto-recorded material.
Many thanks,
diana
