I discovered a strange problem, if anyone has a solution or how to open a ticket, thank you.
I use Plex (I have my own streaming via PLEX with my files) normally, it works perfectly, on my PC, and on my Sony, Samsung and LG smart TVs.
It turns out that I bought a ROKU and activated and configured Roku and activated my Plex account within Roku. It worked perfectly, but I noticed that when I need to use subtitles in different subtitles or when searching for subtitles, the subtitles either don't appear or appear but after a few minutes after some time.
I thought there was a problem with the file, but I tested it with more than 10 different media, including file format (mp4, mkv, avi...) and subtitle (sub, idx, srt...), all of these media work with their respective subtitles both on Plex on my PC and on smart TVs, that is, I only have a problem displaying subtitles on Plex if it is opened on Roku.
Both the subtitles and movies are formatted with the same name, so there is no problem with naming the subtitles and Plex / Roku even recognizes and reads the subtitles, but it either doesn't load or it loads and then stops.
Any personal light? Even try talking to support from both companies to be sure if there is a problem with Plex or Roku (in fact I have 2 Rokus and both give the same problem).
