I have an element Roku smart tv. When trying to watch certain apps I.e: Paramount +, Disney+, YouTube, my screen goes black within a few seconds of choosing something to watch. I have to shut the tv off and turn it back on for my screen to go back only for it to do it again when I try to watch something on there streaming apps. I have checked for updates, removed apps and downloaded them back in, I have cleared the cache, unplugged the tv for 10 minutes and nothing seems to work. I have shined a light at the screen while it’s black, I cannot see a picture. Please help I am at my wits end.

We understand you have a problem with channels on your Roku Element TV since it goes black screen. We're happy to assist you further.
Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
You may need to reset your internet connection if you are having trouble streaming content with your Roku device.
- Locate your internet router and reset it by doing the following:
- Unplug it from its power source. Wait 10 seconds, then plug it directly into a power outlet
- Press the Reset button located on the bottom or back of the device and wait for a few minutes, then try loading content on your Roku device again
- If you need help with this step, contact your internet service provider.
After resetting your wireless network connection, you may need to restart as well your Roku TV by going to Settings> System> Power> System restart.
