Solving playback issues

I have a Roku on my T.V. it has been working fine until 2 days ago. now we can not get any sound on Roku. what can I do to get sound to come back. PLEASE HELP

we can not get sound on any of the Roku channels. what can I do?

Have you tried a reboot/reset or just a power cycle?  When you say “any of the Roku channels.” Do you mean just Roku channel channels.  (ie: do non-Roku-brand apps like prime, or Netflix, Disney, etc. still have sound?)
