Roku not displaying video

I am having a similar issue, except the ONLY video not working is the Roku channels. I can hear the audio and see the channel guide, but no video. All my other apps: Netflix, Prime, Max, etc…are all working correctly showing both audio and video. It is only the Roku channels that are not showing video.

  • Check your internet connection: Ensure that your Roku device is connected to a stable internet connection. You can test your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection on your Roku device. If your connection is weak or unstable, try restarting your router or contacting your internet service provider for assistance.
  • We recommend performing a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart to address the issue.
