How do you call Roku? I have exactly the same problem and also did a factory reset etc.. I now try to log in and the screen comes up in Spanish but my user name or password is suddenly not correct.
I got to reset factory in settings. You get to a long list of options.
Thank you for this clip, @coylum.
May we know if the same shows worked before, and when did you start having this issue? Have you made any changes to the device's location? This may affect live TV frequencies. Additionally, have you tried the following?
Please keep us posted so we can work on this issue together.

Janadee
I tried every suggestion in Mexico and got nowhere. However, when I got back to Canada I plugged it in to my TV, logged in and it worked perfectly.
So, bought in Canada and works in Canada.
Next week I will try it in New Zealand and hope it works there. I left my Amazon Fire-stick there in March. bought in the UK it worked fine down there.
Maybe Roku isn't the best choice for travellers, but I live in hope!
SAME THING ON 3 OF MY TVS
Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community, @Lenco!
We understand that your Roku Live TV is not working, and we'd like to help you resolve this as quickly as possible so you can resume watching your favorite shows.
This issue is typically caused by connectivity fluctuation, which may result in this problem. To fix this, you may try rebooting your router by unplugging it from the power source and then plugging it back in after several seconds to see if it makes any difference.
