MyFive was working fine yesterday on my Roku Express but tried today and when I select watch the screen goes back to Roku main menu. Have checked for updates & reinstalled the app with no affect. Any ideas Thanks
Try doing a system restart or unplugging the device for 30 to 60 seconds and see if that helps.
I don't leave switched on so gets reboot every day. Thanks
Turning off and doing a system restart in the settings page are two different things. Hitting the power button does not clear the cache which may be the issue.
Hi. Just done a system restart as you suggested but unfortunately it did not help.
I did a search online and it looks like this app has had a number of problems in the past. I suggest contacting MyFive customer support directly on their website and see if they can help as it may be a technical or server issue with their app.
