I have tried all the “ fixes” but Roku live will not work! Works in my TV but not on my Roku express. All updates done, rebooted everything, factory reset Roku.
Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community, @Lenco!

I have a new Roku player. The basic one. Added apps like Sky & Apple TV work fine but although I can see everything available on Roku Channel nothing will play.

Hi John,
This happened to me as well when I took it from Canada to the USA. I did a factory reset and put in the email address ( same I used in Canada and it started working. ( possible that yours is registered in Canada). If that doesn’t work create a new Roku account and use it to register it
I have unplugged all cords/cables and plugged back in. I get the Roku screen, but it won't go to Home. I seem to have no reset button. The problem was caused because my credit/debit card was not in use. I put in a new card number and it was paid three days ago, but I still can't get to the Home screen. Thanks.
No reset button. Have unplugged cables and plugged back in. Roku screen shows a right arrow with two zeroes. Recently I put in a new credit card number and it went through the bank, but still can't get to the Home page.
@Lynn15, your credit card doesn't have anything to do with it. All Roku devices have a reset button, but simply unplugging the power for several seconds and plugging it back in accomplishes the same thing as pressing the reset button. There's probably a pinhole on the back that requires something like a paperclip to press the reset button.
What do you mean by, "Roku screen shows a right arrow with two zeroes"? Can you post a picture? What's the model number written on the device and is it plugged into the wall or into the TV's USB port?
