This is not a problem but an interesting observation. After using Roku on my tv. I disconnected it. The TV also has o other connection however it continues to function on all platforms.
My internet service (Spectrum) had me unplug modem and the other thing. Roku lost.

I understand that your Roku device cannot launch any streaming channels. I would like to take a closer look into this and would like to know the following:
In the meantime, I recommend restarting your device by going through Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart. For more details, please visit our Roku support article: Issues playing content on your Roku device.
