Solving playback issues

I could not get my britbox app to work with my roku stick so I deleted the app and tried to open the app again. It says " could not add britbox". Is the britbox app no longer available on with the roku stick?

We understand that the Roku App can't be added again on your Roku after uninstalling it, and we're here to help.

First off, give your Roku a restart. This usually gets it back on track and working like it should.

Here's how:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

Once you reboot, give adding the app another shot and see if it works this time.
