When I try to watch shows on the Max app it frequently freezes or crashes altogether. I have checked for updates. I have rebooted my Wi-Fi. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app today and it took me 25 minutes on the phone with Max to get my account back open only to find out that the problem is still not fixed. All the other apps and streaming services were great. it only happens on the Max app. Ready to ditch the app altogether, but some of my favorite shows are only shown here
