I keep getting an error message that my Roku Ultra 4670X does not have enough memory to open apps and I should remove something. I already have an SD card installed and have removed apps - I am actually down to just 15 apps. Why am I still getting that message and what can I do to make the apps open without issue? Not sure of what label to choose. Crash seems to fit best...

Thank you, Emman. Unfortunately, this has been going on for several months and that is how I remedy it each time. BUT I shouldn't have to do that every time I want to watch something. I want it fixed so it works the way it was intended. Thanks.
You could also try unplugging it for about 60 seconds which clears the cache and may work a bit better than just doing a system restart.
If that doesn't work, it is possible that the internal memory/SD card memory has degraded and corrupted and no longer has the memory capacity it once had as they only can handle so many writes/rewrites and when they go, they tend to do loose portions of its memory capacity before failing completely. I am not familiar with that particular model of the Ultra, but if that model uses an external SD card, you could try replacing it, but if it is internal only, then it might be a matter of time before it fails completely.
Hopefully, my suggestion fixes your issue or someone else has an idea that might work.
That was the next thing I was going to try - buying/installing a new SD card. I will purchase one after work and hopefully that will work! Thank you!
Depending on the brand, the reliability varies. I recently had an SD card with 128 GB fail on my music player and when I formatted it again, it would only format 20 GB, rendering the rest of the card space unusable. The card was roughly 5 years ago, which is about the average length of time for SD cards.
Thank you, that is helpful too. The card that is in there is at least 5 years old as well. Really hoping this solves the problem! I will let everyone know.
