I'm having this exact same issue. Though I'll add that in my experience, many letters go missing on the screen when the device is about to freeze and then reboot itself. This is not an app issue as it happens with just about every app I have installed (and they're all updated). It's not a power issue or a connection issue. There are other models of Roku's in the house and only the Ultra has this problem and it wasn't like this before the 12.0.0 software update.
