Solving playback issues

I've had this tv/sound bar combo for 3-4 years and always had problems reconnecting after unplugging things. Now, I absolutely can't get the sound bar to connect to the tv. It's connected via ARC, but will not show up in the CEC choices on the tv.

Things online say to hit MENU and then SYSTEM on the vizio remote, but system isn't a choice on the remote... Any help is appreciated.

The manufacturer of the TV may point you right back to Roku, but you still might want to give them a try.
