IMG_2173.JPGTry as I might, I can't get Disney + to stay in synch (audio and video) unless I switch the audio to Stereo, which negates having a surround system.  I've seen a lot of fixes saying "just go to stereo" or hit * and turn off volume leveling and I've done both and they work, but it still doesn't get me surround and proper lip sync.  No problem with any other channels.  My Roku is about two years old.  Does the 2022 Roku Ultra have a faster processor that will fix this problem?  I haven't seen a workable solution online to fix the sync issue AND listen in surround.  The Marvel movies especially are more fun in surround!  Help!!!!!  Thanks!

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

We would recommend removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue persists from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
