We understand that you're having an issue with the recently bought Roku Express turning off after streaming for a few minutes, and we would like to know more about how we can work this out.
Would you be so kind as to provide additional information regarding the issue? Is this happening to a particular channel, or is this issue generally happening to every channel on Roku? In addition, are you powering your device directly through a power outlet or directly at the back of your TV port?
With more information, the better we can assist.
