I’ve had my Roku streambar for a little under a year and now all of a sudden it’s making crackeling and static noises. And sometimes it just doesn’t play the sound at all. The TV isn’t even loud and it crackles. I’ve tried resetting it and don’t know what to from here. Please help.

Please reply here with the serial number of your Roku Streambar. It can be found from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. I'll be able to further assist you from there.

I am also having this issue as well as when I go to control the volume, it pauses whatever I’m watching and starts to crackle the audio
