I am in Ohio. I am having the same problem - PBS will start to open then goes back to the home screen. I tried uninstalling the app, restarting Roku, then reinstalling but that did not help. This just started today.

Roku's response was Roku 4 was obsolete and needs upgrade but that does not adress 3 other Roku Tv's in the house.
me too - same issue both Roku TVs
delete app, reset Roku, download app does not work (completed 3x on each Roku TV)

Same for me.
Someone told me that the Roku 4 is no longer supported so I got the new a Roku. The PBS app works on the new Roku. It didn’t work on the Roku 4.
I’ve had a problem with the new Roku though. It works but every so often requires a reboot. I’ve opened an issue on this but haven’t heard back. But at least PBS works now.

Yes, just started today. PBS has some instructions about removing block for advertising for pbs from modem, but way too complicated for me. Maybe by Monday PBS will fix this. Sunday night no one working.
No PBS for me here in Virginia. I reloaded the app but it didn't help. Seems to be a widespread problem??
