Same here. Delete app, reset and reinstall app multiple times did not solve the problem. Not sure whether a recent PBS or Roku update is the cause. Assuming it’s not a local (to me) issue - since others are having the exact same issue beginning near the same time.
Same problem on my ROKU TV - which I lost all my apps overnight.
My TV with a ROKU stick is "stuck" and although my selected apps appear I can cursor over them to select.
I have had the same problems with the PBS app. Despite following all of the steps to solve the issue it is still not working

My PBS app on both of my TCL tvs have stopped working. My short term solution is to use an Amazon Fire stick to access PBS programs successfully. It’s a convenient work around until the Roku version gets repaired.
What a load of **bleep**!!! I was able to use PBS two days ago, so it is clear it is NOT their issue! Roku is responsible, so they should correct it or offer the solution.
