This happened overnight with no changes on my side. What is going on with ROKU?????
I tried a system restart - did not work. Also, If I try to add an app like PBS the system will not allow me to open it and sign in (even though I had previously signed in) so I cannot use the apps on the ROKU TV that I've paid for.
No advice but this happened to me starting about 20 min ago. I uninstalled the app, did a software update, did a system restart, readded the app and no change!
Same here.
Something definitely changed today (11/17/24) PBS was even working on one of my old Roku 2's yesterday and now does not work on any of my 4 Roku devices. That includes my 2 week old TCL 50 inch. Removed the app, turned TV off and unplugged. Re-added the app, turn off and unplugged again. Still does the same thing. PBS suggests making sure firewall is not blocking www.doubleclick.net. It is not. Very frustrating!

Specific behavior of the issue.
PBS splash screen appears, then a black or dark gray screen, then returns to the home screen
Sunday Nov 17 PBS APP tries to load on ROKU and crashes back to ROKU home screen. Updated App. Un-installed / re-installed. Rebooted ROKU. Rebooted router. Rebooted TV. No other channels have this issue. PBS live plays fine. I have noticed others having this issue

I’ve gone to Settings-System-About and don’t see any of the information you are asking for. I see status, connection type, signal strength, wireless channel, IP address, Gateway, and Wireless Mac Address. Which of these do you need for reporting?
I watched pbs last night so this problem just happened today.
Same here. Delete app, reset and reinstall app multiple times did not solve the problem. Not sure whether a recent PBS or Roku update is the cause. Assuming it’s not a local (to me) issue - since others are having the exact same issue beginning near the same time.
