Solving playback issues

My Roku Express (3900 series)  is not turning on at all. I’ve changed batteries, unplugged it, checked the HDMI and nothing.

When I take the cable out and put it back in, it turns on the startup screen but then turns off again.

I don’t know what else I can do.

edit: nvm it fixed itself somehow??
