Not sure what you meant by "First, select the Home tab but I went through this sequence otherwise, as you describe. The ROKU restarted. The first time it still didn't work, but I repeated your procedure 2 more times and, at least for now, the problem seems to have been fixed. I'm able to once again access and play content from Paramount +, HBO Max and Netflix.

This has also worked for me. All four of my devices are working again.
I don't have a Roku TV! I have a Roku Express! And it's still not working! 😡
I also have a Roku Express and had to repeat the “clear tv cache” procedure that was recommended a few times before it worked. Best of luck!
