No matter what app I'm streaming movies on. I can see menus and pick my movies and heR the sound of the movie, can even see the pause and play or the logo like on family guy how it says fox on the lower right hand corner. But my show is a black screen. I'm getting irritated. The only way to fix it for a couple hours is to factory reset the whole thing and I've done it over 20 times already. Someone please help me. Is it my hdmi cord. I do t think it's my power cord. Is it just dead and I need to my a new roku again. HELP!!!!

Additionally, are you receiving any error codes? Furthermore, can you send us an image referring to the issue you've encountered for us to have a better glance?

It's does it with all of them. Netflix, hulu, Disney plus, peacock, PBS kids, YouTube. And there are no error codes. How do I send it because I took a video to try to get help elsewhere and nobody else can figure it out either.
