Solving playback issues

I have shows set to record all episodes but lately they don't show up in My Stuff. Sometimes not at all, other times a few hours later. Very frustrating!

Thanks for sharing your issue with recorded shows that are not showing from the "My stuff" section. No worries, we're here to help.

Please share us a few details:

• When did this issue start?
• Model of the Roku device
• What app you're having an issue with?

In the meantime, please try to restart the Roku device by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
