Some shows not playing on Hulu on Roku box
I have been having difficulty watching some shows on Hulu via my Roku box for quite some time. I went ahead and purchased a new Roku Ultra this week and I’m still having the same issues. I keep getting an error message.

It looks like you're still having issues with Hulu even after getting a new Roku, and we're here to help you out!
Can you let us know what error messages pop up when you're trying to stream something? Also, which specific shows or movies in the app are giving you trouble?

Thank you for responding. I’ve been trying to watch Paradise, The Supremes, Blackcake. I get Hulu Error Code: P-DEV320.
I’ve turned off the device; unplugged it; removed the Hulu app and added it back, to no avail.

Have you made sure to restart the device after removing the app? Also, is this only happening on Hulu, or have you also observed this on a different app?

Yes, I restarted the device after adding the app back. I’ve only been having trouble with Hulu.

- Roku device model, Device ID, and Serial Number ( It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times then press Back button five times)
- App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)

@JamP, @RokuEmmanuel-D asked if you restarted the device after removing the app and you stated you restarted it after adding the app. It's important that you perform a System restart (or unplug the power briefly) after removing and before adding it again.
