Same problem. Only happens on Roku. I have two Google accounts. The one I use for YouTube is (for reasons I don’t know) labeled as a “brand account.” Unlike my other Google account, it doesn’t have birth date as a data field in my account settings… so no way to change it.

We recommend contacting Youtube directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues and functionality inquiries. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
