Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? How are you accessing the show, on The Roku Channel or the standalone app? Also, is your subscription through The Roku Channel or directly to BritBox?
Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to BritBox support to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
