We appreciate you for letting us know about this issue. Have you noticed this issue occurred with other channels/apps?
In the meantime, we would suggest performing a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. After this, kindly check if you're still seeing the same issue.
