Yep - that's the case - we can access all other channels - thanks for the info.
Having the same problem on my Roku Ultra and Soundbar.
I've uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled with no resolution.
All other channels tested work just fine.
It's a Roku System problem. Finally got thru to tech support. Their engineers are working on it. Roku did formally finally post on the thread I started about it ( Channels-Roku Channel). Save your time & escape the frustration. The source is Roku & now we all have to wait for them to fix it😫
Roku service interruption according to live tech support. Nothing we customers can fix. Going to watch another channel & check it on the am. G'night
Hi everyone - FYI, please refer to the original message where updates are being published.

At approx 8 PM this evening I was watching TUBI, switched to Roku to p/u where I left off watching 'The Mentalist' S:7 E:12 ... after attempting to load I received 'Network error There is a problem connecting to the network. Please check your network settings.'
Is this the type of support I am to expect from this ?
Thanks! We needed a central place to send folks.
Wasted 45 minutes trying to fix my Roku channel, find this platform and find out it's not me!!! Have a headache now thank you . . .
In case folks haven't seen the update from Roku.... Check here for any updates:
Looks like Roku Support (Twitter) updated an hour ago (7:36pm MT) that they were aware of an issue and working on it.
"🚨 We are aware of a playback issue on The Roku Channel preventing streaming content. Our team is working quickly to resolve this service interruption. Thanks for your patience!"

The issue is affecting the on-demand content (and apparently subscriptions through Roku Channel), but their LiveTV on Roku Channel is still working fine.
