Greetings from the Roku Community! Thank you for reporting this issue. We are here to help you. To start, please follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:
- Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV restarts, go to the "Streaming Store" on the Home screen and add the channel back again.

If you continue to experience the issue after following these troubleshooting steps, we recommend reaching out to the channel provider's support team directly.
Note: The best solution can be provided by the channel providers themselves, as they are responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating many channels/apps on Roku.
