Prime Spins and will not load. Says sorry we have a problem

Jump to solution

I don’t know what is responsible for the problem and I can’t find any answers. Everything that I have read does not work. The 8 to do laws of fixing all thing is regurgitated by everyone. Cut and paste it seems. I am just frustrated. My prime video will not play on Roku. I click the prime channel, click on a choice, click play or even resume, and all it does is spin and soon says something went wrong. I go to my phone and click prime and it pops right up and I start watching what I want to watch. Go up to the bedroom and nothing. Go to spare bedroom nothing. All tvs just spin and tell me something went wrong. This might not be a Roku issue, but maybe someone says that happened to me!!!!!!
