No sound via Roku - requires rebooting Roku device
My Roku Ultra - 4802R has an intermittent issue -- at various times, the sound will go silent. I am on the latest release of software. When I lose the sound - the ony way to recover is to reboot/restart the Roku device -- this is VERY frustrating. Please give me some ideas on how to fix this ... before I stop using Roku. I should add that this happens 3-4 times/week.

- Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
- Are you using an A/V receiver or soundbar with your TV/Roku player setup?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?
