There is no sound except when restarting the express. I've re started multplie times, I've done a factory reset, the TV is not on mute. I've tried different cables. Any ideas?

We recommend unplugging your Roku device from power for a minute and then plugging it back in to see if this clears up the issue. In addition, try replacing the HDMI cable connecting your Roku device to your TV or connect the Roku device to a different HDMI port on your TV.
