Have been through all the troubleshooting. I have to unplug and plug back in every time I use Roku, sometimes twice, otherwise NO SIGNAL. LG OLED. Works perfectly after I finally get it started but that’s a little ridiculous, no? Have an older Roku on another tv that has never had a problem. Your lack of tech support is shameful. Either fix your defective product or give some support. Last Roku purchase for me.
Does hitting the Home button on the Roku remote not awaken the device?
Many Roku devices (not all) have a Power setting that puts the device in a low power (sleep) mode. The Home button awakens it.
Or, you can turn off this setting from the menu system.
Does that not resolve the issue?

No, this doesn’t help. Only thing that works is unplugging and re-plugging. Driving me crazy. Beautiful brand new 65” LG Oled, brand new Roku 4K Express+ and they won’t work together.
Sorry. Thank you for the suggestion.
Are you powering your Roku Express 4K+ through the included power supply? Some connect to the USB port on the TV, but those are not always reliable.

Yes, using the power supply.
I have the same issue on my LG tv. Roku worked for a few months without issues. Not I get the roku logo for a few seconds then an blank screen. Roku says it’s and LG issue…I’m not so sure.
Interesting. Does it work again if you unplug and re-plug in?
Maybe I should check out the LG side of things.
I'm not sure how to proceed on this. The tests you've conducted have seemed to rule out the usual culprits.
Do you have a second TV to check with? Or have you tried a different HDMI port on the TV?

Ok, this is interesting. I left the Roku unplugged most of today. Plugged in a couple of hours before turning tv on. Tried Roku by just pressing Home button and, lo and behold, it came on. This had never worked before. I had been changing inputs on tv to HDMI 2 and waiting for connection most times, but did try just the home button with no success. Went back to cable twice and got the Roku to start same way twice.
Let’s see what tomorrow brings. Fingers crossed.
Thanks DBDukes for all your help.
