Thanks for letting us know about the error "800-3" you've been experiencing with the Netflix channel.
To ensure a seamless viewing experience, we recommend the following steps:
- Update your software by navigating to Settings > System > Software Update and selecting "Check Now."
- After updating the software, restart your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
