Mine also not working.   Tried 2 of my Rokus.   One is an ultra and the other is a tcl Roku tv.  NFL app keeps closing/crashing.

Mine died on Wednesday too, then miraculously came back to like on Thursday, like others’ did!

BUT NOW IT’S BACK TO SPINNING AND SHOOTING ME BACK TO THE HOME SCREEN!!  ON FOOTBALL SUNDAY, NO LESS!!

This is beyond frustrating!

This happening (again) to anyone else?!!??

Multiple Rokus all with same problem.   I paid annually and can’t cancel.   iPad app works fine.   Not happy.

I have had this problem of and on all week! Everything is updated, I've reset the system and I can open the app on my phone, but cannot get it to load on Roku. So disappointing!

Not helpful.  This happens all the time with the NFL app. Just fix the issue.  Restarting the aRoku isn't resolving the issue.  My Roku is up to date. How about including an update that will fix the issue.

NFL app has been working for me for 2 years till this Sunday.  Roku NFL app will not open.  I've checked for updates, closed, reopened, reboot network, Roku app ..... all of the suggestions.  Nothing changed.  I can watch NFL+ on my browser, but not on Roku.

This is not a solve. Software is up to date and the problem persists, as it does with every other user in this thread. Why are we pretending this is solvable with a software update?
