Insufficient Power - while using a wall outlet

Jump to solution

Yeah, I've read ALL of the posts. I have only ever used the cords that came with it. It has ALWAYS been plugged into an outlet. And now it is malfunctioning.

Welcome, @Shannanigans.

Thanks for sharing it here in the Roku Community!

We understand that your Roku device is experiencing power issues while plugged in directly to the power outlet. We'd be more than willing to help.

Have you tried another power adaptor to see if that makes any difference? Also, you may need to plug it into a different power outlet as it may be possible that the power outlet where you have been plugging in the Roku doesn't supply enough power to the device.

In the meantime, to ensure that no steps are left undone, visit this support article: What to do if the red light is flashing or you see a "low-power" warning.

We are keen to hear your thoughts.

All the best,
Emman
