Sign in problems after a power surge

Had a power surge and now on MOTV app brings up to subscribe or login with tv provider and if I hit the login w provider it just goes to blank screen.  Also if I hit subscribe it says I am already subscribed to it. What can I do? Thanks

Thanks for bringing to our attention that you are having trouble accessing the MOTV app on your Roku device. No worries, help is here. 

Let's see if this will work for you.

  1. Update the app by
    > Highlighting the app
    > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote
    > Check for updates
  2. Remove the app
  3. System restart your device
  4. Install the app again
