On both my Roku devices, one a stick and one express, the JTVLive app just shuts down after about 12 minutes and throws me to the Home screen. Contacting JTV only yielded a delete the app, reboot device, and then readd the app. That did not work. And unfortunately I do have the latest app. The previous version worked. Any other ideas?

I am with you on this, mine doesn't even get 12 min, the put up a new app and its terrible. I can't watch on TV now. Hopefully the wake up and fix it. I also loaded it to my Shield and I had the same issues so it is not a ROKU problem is a JTV app problem.
They went back to the old one....I just checked!
I complained very loudly about it and they fixed it. They must have realized they had a problem. I pretty much knew it had to be JTV in the wrong here but came to this forum to see if it might be a Roku issue anyway. Glad the solution works for you too!
They seem to have realized they had a problem and either fixed it or reverted back to the old version. It started on 03/10 or at least that's when I noticed it. I made sure I had the latest version of everything so yes the device was up to date.
There were no error messages. Device version is 14.2.4 build 7709
