Agree that the Roku website does not accept many serial numbers. I have 5 of the latest Roku Stick 4K model (rev 2) - the website won't accept the serial numbers.

When reading the serial number, it can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference between a 0 (zero) and O (capital letter). If you get that wrong it will reject the serial number.
It’s not that. The serials are cut-and-pasted directly from the Roku portal.
I've tried cutting and pasting (so no zero vs O issue) and still get the same error
@Yesterdaysfutur, what's the model number of your Roku device displayed under Settings->System->About? Only sticks that plug directly into a TV without the need for an HDMI cable are eligible for the extender.
yes mine is a streaming stick 4K I have 2 of them and my TV does not have enough sideways space to plug it in where i need to
