Solving playback issues

I have performed all Troubleshooting Steps...

I used long-range Wi-Fi receiver as instructed...

My Roku Streaming Stick 4K did come with a long-range Wi-Fi receiver

Error 022 states that the WIRELESS RECEIVER NOT DETECTED

Please send a NEW long-range Wi-Fi receiver,,,,ASAP

The Support here is so sad...  Really sad...

If you read thru the issue there is no way I can obtain the information requested
