Roku Streaming Stick and YouTube issue.

Hello, I did connect the stick to another devise (a projector that is compatible with) and have the same issue with the YouTube channel, the rest works fine.

I have another Roku stick that is poder and works perfectly with both devises and I can watch the you tube channel just fine.

The issue is with my new one the Roku 4k streaming stick.

Please help with this issue.

We appreciate you for sharing this information with us, and we'd be glad to assist. Let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve this. Kindly follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
  2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
  3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.
