Thanks for reporting to us that your Roku device screensaver keeps on dropping. We would be more than willing to assist you with this.
Before we proceed, we would like to know what is the screensaver that you're using? Does it happen from all of the screensavers that you use? In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:
- Check your device for update through: Settings > Select System > Software update > Check now
- Restart your Roku device by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
If the issue continues, please let us know.
