Re: Not enough space error message
Hi. My YouTube app won't work on the TV. It worked just fine until this morning. Without making any changes, it claims there "is not enough space" and suggested that I "remove apps" in order to make space. I have removed about six apps, (even though I did not want to) turned off and turned back on my TV. I am still geting the same message from YouTube. And then it gives me a support address, which does not have any information for this problem, which I can find. I do not see where it says, "Viewing issue, based on false information about a space problem." I have followed the directions, removed apps I wanted, tried to restart YouTube app back to normal, and - nothing- same message to "Remove apps" as a solution to make space, which did not work. I feel that I could remove everything on-screen and YouTube would still deliver that message. Help! Any ideas? Thanks!

@tarnold5 and @BoobTubeWatcher,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We get that you're getting an error "Not Enough Memory" on the Roku device. We recommend you follow the steps below:
System restart your device
- Press the Home button on Roku remote on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power
- If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
The Roku device will complete a system restart and should return to normal operation after a moment. For reference, please visit this Roku support article: How to fix "Can't run app" and "Insufficient memory" error messages.
Hope this helps.

Re: How to fix error message 'Not enough space. Please delete some apps and try again'
Welcome, @Silverfox1.
Thanks for flagging your concern to us!
Does rebooting your device resolve the issue? If you haven't tried it yet, we might need to perform this to determine whether it does the trick.
Let us know how it went!

There’s Not enough memory now
Suddenly receiving this message “there is not enough space to install Spectrum TV. Try removing some apps to free up space.”
I have been watching through Spectrum as recently as last night and don’t understand why suddenly there’s a memory issue and I can’t access my programs.

Re: There’s Not enough memory now
Those inadequate memory warnings are often a symptom of the Roku memory cache getting corrupted. Deleting channel app after channel app does not make the warnings go away. Clearing the memory cache should cure the problem.
The easiest way to do this is to RESTART your Roku. (For Roku TV users reading this: if you have "Fast TV start" enabled, turning the TV off and back on just puts it into and out of a standby state and does NOT give you a complete restart, so use the methods below.)
Depending on your Roku model you'll find the "System restart" option under "Settings > System > Power", or on models without a Power option, under "Settings > System".
If a restart doesn't do it, or if you don't have sufficient control with the remote to navigate the Roku menus, you can also restart by pulling the power plug to the Roku for a few seconds then plugging it back in and waiting for it to restart.
I am not a Roku employee, only a user like you. Please, no support questions via private message -- post them publicly to the Community where others may benefit as well.

Can't watch streaming channels. It says it doesn't have memory or space to install.
Coming back from vacation and when we used roku remote and clicked on our streaming channels it says Not Enough Memory Not enough space to Install. Had no problems until we came back. Is there a way to trouble shoot Roku? The connection is good. Could the roku device be bad?
