Hi everyone,
Thanks for the posts.
As stated previously in this thread, for more information about that channel's functionality and error messages, you'll want to contact NBC support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I have started getting the cloud path error on my Roku! Interestingly enough, some shows do come through but not many! Who do I contact about this problem?
It is the NBC network(s) Channel.
Removing it and reinstalling DOES NOT correct the problem.
Hi @deniphil
Thanks for the post.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We suggest reaching out to NBC Support directly to report the issue and for further help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
You can contact their support here: https://www.nbc.com/contact-us
All the best,

This solution doesn’t work. Used to have no problems and suddenly there’s a problem. Not really acceptable especially since you keep giving the same solution that doesn’t appear to work.
just upgraded to a new Roku device

Hi @Slmintexas,
Thanks for reaching out to the Roku community!
If you tried to remove the channel and adding it back after you've restarted the device does not resolve the channel issue, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on that channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

We appreciate your patience with this matter!

Unlinked wow then signed back in. No help.
I've got this same problem. I've followed all the advice here about removing the app, unlinking, etc., and for some reason all the other channels work as does the live streaming, but not the Oxygen channel. Interestingly enough...if I log into the Oxygen App on my Android, it works fine. I'm about to ditch sling and see if Hulu Live is better because it should not be this complicated to watch one network.
Hello @DangWangi
We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Just to confirm, did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order, we would recommend giving it a shot once again.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Moreover, if the issue persists, I'd recommend following @RokuMary-F's suggestion. The channel's customer support team is the best one to help you out with this matter,
All the best,
Kariza
It is now January of 2022 and I'm having the exact same problem with the NBC app
You need to unlink the app and then link it again.. For instance, for issues with watching the Bravo app: in the app itself, navigate to More --> Profile --> Unlink. Once you have unlinked your TV provider, link it again
