Express 4K slow/no response to remote

When I am getting a slow response or no response from my remote I notice the Express 4K seems to be quite hot.  I have the unit pretty much in open air (even suspended) and it still happens if I use the unit for an extended period of time, say all day (I'm retired).

I had a similar issue with my Roku stick and fixed it by adding a small fan that blows on it.  I'm wondering if this is a common problem.

Otherwise all is good.

We understand that you are inquiring about your overheating issue.

Please be advised that it's fairly normal for your device to get warm during use, but If the issue persists, we would recommend taking a look at our Support page for more information: What to do if the red light is on or you see a “Your device is overheating” message | Official Roku ...

If the steps provided by the Support page still aren't helping, feel free to provide us with the serial number of your Roku device and I'll be able to assist you further from there.
