[OS 12.0] Live TV not working, black screen except when using home button first

Software version: 12.0.0 build 4171-CR

Issue ID H2-148-927 

The  live roku tv channel randomly goes black, and I've tried the resets and giving it a break and

Turn it off for couple minutes but nothing seems to be working
