Solving playback issues

All Roku content is magnified on my tv screen to the extent I cannot read the options on the left side of the apps screen. Roku customer service has not been helpful.  Anyone had a similar prob?

Try unplugging the power from everything (including the TV) for a minute or so and then plug them back in.  Check the Zoom/Picture size/Aspect ratio settings on your TV.  It's possible that a button on your TV remote got pressed that messed things up.

Thanks renojim, I did that and tried the various tv settings as sugested, but the problem only happens when I go to roku and doesn't happen on regular tv.  Since the settings options on roku don't deal with this I, put an old roku on with the same  the same result.  I'll spend some more time with the tv settings today since that must be it. If it matters, I have a nonsmart tv.
