Device randomly restarts all the time

My TV just started doing this. Literally exactly as the OP mentions. I have an LG OLED tv and a Roku Ultra. It only happens when I'm using 5.1 surround sound. I narrowed down the issue to the Roku digital audio output being set to auto. If I set it to passthrough it doesn't happen at all. Super weird. I think it has something to do with a bandwidth issue over HDMI, or a audio processing glitch.

We'd be more than happy to assist you with this.

It might be possible that it's an issue with the HDMI port. With this being said, have you tried to change the inputs? We suggest trying to plug in your Roku streaming player to a different TV where there is no external speaker connected or unplug your surround sound to see if it will make any difference. 

Furthermore, when did you initially notice this behavior happening? Does this happen after you plug in your surround sound?
