But before we can take a closer look at the issue, we would need more details regarding this. Could you please tell us more about the issue you've experienced? Also, what specific Roku streaming device are you having issues with?
For the time being, we recommend performing a system restart to see if you notice any improvements. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart.
